Best customer service clean car drive real good make me want one

The car quality was exactly as expected and was great! Only negative was we selected to pickup at the airport. However the pickup was at an offsite parking lot which required a shuttle to it. Same with returning the car. Not what we expected when we rented the car especially since we chose only pickup at the airport. I started doubting myself, thinking I must have accidentally picked offsite. However the app always showed return to the airport and at checkout requested a photo of the lot at the airport where I parked the car. So be informed if you rent it will be offsite requiring extra time for pickup and drop off. If it hadn’t been for that it would be 5 stars all around!

Overall, I had a great experience with this Turo rental. The 2025 Volkswagen was exactly as picturedclean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stressfree.
The only downside was the shuttle service. The driver (specifically the blonde gentleman) was unfortunately rude, not very helpful or informative, and overall made that part of the experience unpleasant. Timing can also be an issue, so I’d recommend allowing extra extra buffer time if you plan to use the shuttle.
That said, one big plus is that the shuttle itself is complementary except for the driver tip you will have to load and unload your luggage is to and from the airport, which is convenient. If you prefer to avoid the hassle, Uber or Lyft is a quick backup option it’s only about a 7minute ride and roughly $14–$15.
Aside from the shuttle experience, everything else was great, and I would still recommend renting from this host just have a backup plan for transportation if needed
