Smelt like smoke that they tried to cover up
Smoking is strongly prohibited in abt Turo trips. We are not hiding anything. Last case happened more than a month ago and was multiple times treated with Turo requirements. Can be felt little odor on start, disappear in a few seconds after climate start.
Most complaint is convenience, but we warn each guest regarding pick up location specific before and that it's convenient for hotel guests only.

The person was attentive, but the car parking is far away because it’s not allowed to stop at the airport.
Pick up and return location are at the airport.
It's described in advance.
But at the Terminal but at Airport property. Abd it's Airport rules .

Everything was fine! The SUV need oil, I put it and they let me return the car with out fill the fuel thank So I really appreciated
The delivery was a day in advance, I couldn’t make the early check out but everything was fine at the end

Car was great. Clean and easy to drive. Pick up directions were clear and shuttles came frequently so we didn’t have to wait long. Would definitely rent again.
