Great communication with Phillip and great weekend with the vehicle. Delivered and dropped off at my door on time, clean, and fueled up. Definitely recommended Phillip and his Atlas.

The car was almost out of fuel and smelled like weed when we picked it up.

I loved driving this car, very smooth and clean, and communication from the host was always on time. 100% recommend it.

I would give it zero Stars if I could. Due to the unsafe condition of the two front tires being bald and after informing Philip of this and him saying that it's okay I ended up getting a flat tire in which my self my friend and my three kids one of my kids being disabled were left stranded with no food with no vehicle because there was no spare tire at the AirBnB that I had to extend 2 days just so my kids might have somewhat of a vacation. I use my insurance roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed to the nearest tire shop. And from there I had to pay $294 for a new tire for this vehicle plus a $35 Uber ride to go get the vehicle. I missed out on two days of vacation with my children because of this which totaled $300/day. I have received no reimbursement for the tire for the Uber ride or the inconvenience and ultimate ruining of my vacation with my children because of their negligence. Still waiting on a response I reported it to Turo but still nothing. I'm absolutely beside myself that people would run a business in this manner. Accountability should be taken or should have been taken by now but instead they just decide to go ahead and ignore my messages stating that I am owed some reimbursement. Very upset at this whole experience.
