This was easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had on Turo.
The vehicle was delivered dirty upon arrival, the interior smelled bad, and the gas tank was only 3/4 full even though expectations are to return it properly fueled. Right from the start, it felt careless and poorly managed.
The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of communication from the host. Response times were extremely slow throughout the trip, and the drop-off instructions were inaccurate. We were given the wrong address for return, which created unnecessary stress and nearly caused us to miss our flight. That level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially for airport-related rentals where timing matters.
What made the experience even worse was the host’s attitude. There seemed to be very little concern about customer experience, comfort, or accountability. Instead of trying to resolve issues or make things right, the overall impression was indifference and lack of professionalism.
I would absolutely not rent from this host again and would strongly caution others before booking.
We understand your frustration, but the correct parking lot instructions were provided in advance. Airport recommendations are to arrive at least 3 hours before your flight to avoid delays. The situation also became difficult because the vehicle was parked in an employee-only area, causing serious issues for us. Please note we do not control airport shuttle operations or waiting times.

When we picked up the car the details to get out of the parking area were not helpful and we spent a good 15 minutes trying to get out of the parking lot.
The details on where to return were not sufficient we were given 5 locations to return the car however upon arriving at the airport we had no way to get into the secure parking area so we had to drive to the parking spot.
