1. We had to pay to leave the airport parking which was not expected. The host did work out an agreement however it was an inconvenience having to tell every car behind you to backup while you figure out the situation. 2. The original toll invoice had transactions outside of our trip causing the host to overcharge us. I had to tell the host to fix the invoice. If I didn't check they would have charged us more. Overall, the host lacks attention to detail.

I’m sorry you weren’t pleased. Unfortunately there are certain things out of my control.
1. The parking gate monitor didn’t record my SUV when we entered the lot. Therefore, they had to charge you.I reimbursed you.
2. tolls invoice was overcharged for about $4 cus I overlooked the time on the days of rental. It was also taken care of.
3. Car location and pick up at the airport is designated by Turo.
4. No breaks alert, still checked them. I did mentioned about Tires sensor acting up.
