The car was very clean and well maintained. It is a nice roomy vehicle that saves on gas. The RAV4 drove smoothly and comfortably. Owner of the vehicle was very responsive, kind, and respectful.

Good SUV, would recommend! Be prepare and leave time to spare
for pickup and drop off
As a host, I strive to provide excellent, punctual, and clean service—as evidenced by my other ratings. Unfortunately, this guest became frustrated with airport shuttle wait times during peak season—an issue entirely beyond my control. The guest returned the car in a very dirty condition, with sand and spilled coffee, and maintained an unfriendly attitude. I do not recommend this user to the Turo community due to their lack of care and respect.

It resulted from a configuration error on the platform, where the mileage limit was mistakenly set to "unlimited" for a one-month period. As a host, I prioritize rigorous maintenance and mechanical care of my vehicle to ensure 100% safe trips; therefore, a long-term rental under those specific conditions was not viable, as it would directly compromise my car's preventive maintenance schedule.
