First off the SUV is really spacious, like new, easy and fun to drive. It fit my family and suitcases well. There were also a few trips we made in it with seven people, and everybody fit with a little room in the trunk. Grazzi was Super at communicating! She made to pick up instructions very clear and it was easy to grab. On the drop off I was running late for dropping my family off at the airport and catching a train and Grazzi walked me thru the entire drop off process and met me at the airport. 5 stars for sure!
