Quality was outstanding! Picked it up in a visible easy to find location. Line of communication with Carolina, the owner, was seamless. Quick responses and willing to answer all questions promptly and knowledgeably. The experience of the vehicle was also, five star.
It being my first time driving in a Tesla, the Full Service Drive (FSD) and Summon capabilities coming with the rental made it even better. I was able to commute around stress free, letting the Tesla take on all the stress. I would recommend it to anybody.
The only thing I can get better on is battery management. Figuring out what does and doesn’t drain the battery can extend the time between charges.
Overall 10/10.

Fantastic rental experience! The Tesla was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Carolina was quick in communication. It was a pleasure to drive, with smooth acceleration, great handling, and all the technology you’d expect from a Tesla. The vehicle was also well-maintained and made the entire trip feel effortless.
The pickup and return process was easy and convenient, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely rent this Tesla again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and reliable vehicle.

Fantastic vehicle. Clean, new, smelled fantastic. Pickup at the airport was smooth with no issues (be prepared to pay any parking fees though. For us it was $28.). The FSD included was awesome! Now my wife wants a 2026 Tesla! Thanks for everything!
