Here is the updated version incorporating those details:
Diego is truly a Superhost in every sense of the word! He originally made my trip so seamless by dropping the vehicle off directly at my house. Mid-trip, the car developed a charge port door error. When I notified Diego, he immediately offered to drive out and swap it for a newer vehicle—even though I was located quite far away in a remote area.
Right after he left to come meet me, the charge port door failure ended up causing a complete charging error at the Supercharger, leaving the car unable to charge. Diego told me not to stress, suggested I leave the car there, and go enjoy my vacation. He drove out, dropped off the new car right at my vacation location, and handled picking up the broken car at the charger so I didn't have to worry about a thing.
Turo support was initially offering solutions that wouldn't work for my location, but Diego worked directly with both me and Turo to get the swap approved so my family could seamlessly continue our trip. To top it off, he even let us extend our trip on the return drive so we wouldn't feel rushed. What easily could have turned into a nightmare situation became a great experience thanks to Diego's incredible service. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend renting from him!
