Best experience I’ve had so far on Turo!

Car quality: Super bumpy ride, the 3 guests in the rear of the vehicle consistently complained of discomfort due to what felt like suspension issues. *Potential safety concern*
Car was dirty in the rear seat and was obviously rushed through with the cleaning process. The rear floor mats / The hatch / trunk area were full of sand and appeared pretty dirty
The car also wasn't fully fueled which was a first time experience and highly inconvenient.
Pickup location: The pickup location was nice, but we had to Uber to the pickup spot due to communication issues with the "new" shuttle driver which then led to us spending an additional $22 dollars for the drive. He asked for an address before taking us on the shuttle, and The host was too slow to send it before he drove off, we then didn't see the shuttle for 20 minutes easily.
The directions were good but lacked some context that could have helped for situations like we encountered with the shuttle driver.
Host: Leandro was wonderfully responsive and seemed to try their best to provide me with the info I needed to access the car.
I will note that Leandro did reach out to let me know that vehicle was 30 minutes late but had a knack for over sharing about the previous renter of the vehicle, which they didn't refuel and turned it in late which led to bottlenecks in getting the car.
Overall I was disappointed in the rental, I won't tear the hosts down cause they tried but I wouldn't recommend booking this car unless they can repair the suspension issues and ensure it's cleaned, fueled and delivered on time.
