Car wasn’t ready when it supposed to be which made things a little difficult. Whoever it was that brought the car around didn’t speak and was rude. Parked the car and walked off. App communication was prompt

Very nice vehicle, practically new. Host was responsive and able to accommodate a last minute reservation. Vehicle was located in general parking space in front of Omni Parking lot. Instructions could have been a little clearer as to where to look. The Lock box code was not provided until after I arrived at the parking lot, which was a little unnerving, because I wanted confirmation that I was good to go beforehand. Nevertheless, it was a smooth pickup / return. Very fair price. I would rent from this Host again.
