Vehicle was great for small family, great AC. Car seat was Ok and it would’ve been great not to use the shuttle parking lot for family with small children, but it was on me for not checking on that before trip. Everything else was as described!
Hello Joel, im sorry for the inconvenience you had with the shuttle, unfortunately not all garages at MCO are authorized for Turo use, and according to your arrival terminal, South Park Place was the best accommodating option for you

The vehicle was clean and met our needs overall. The one issue was the car seat. Prior to our trip we confirmed in messages that the seat would be appropriate for a 3-year-old and not an infant seat, but what was provided felt like a bare-bones seat, permanently angled in a way that was uncomfortable for a toddler and had minimal padding. The seat was also uninstalled when we picked up the vehicle, and the installation process turned out to be more involved than expected. It required the cover to be removed and straps routed through the base in a way that wasn’t intuitive. Working through that in the Florida heat while trying to make time-sensitive commitments added some stress to our arrival. If you’re renting without young kids, no issues at all. If a car seat is part of your booking, I’d recommend asking for specifics on the seat model and plan for some installation time at pickup.
