Amazing car, easy pick up/return, and very communicative. I’d rent from them again!

Add 1.5 hrs for pickup/drop-off from MCO airport (cannot pickup/drop-off from the airport).
Pros: car worked well and was clean. The host/cohost was very responsive.
Cons: the pickup/drop-off was not as expected. When we booked we selected MCO airport.. the parking lot the host uses has "airport" in the name but is not infact at the airport. I didnt catch Initial communication that there was a shuttle (to run every 10-15 mins). The night before pickup received a message that the shuttle frequency was 15-40 mins. It was too late to cancel and change at that point. Waiting almost an hour at the airport with small kids after an already long travel was inconvenient to say the least. Also having to add 1.5 hrs to the travel home was disappointing. The host was not flexible/accommodating after reaching out. Had we known the process we definitely would have only booked the car for 1 day (instead of the 5) and taxied to the airport.

5-star experience from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient, and the host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!
