Marcelo was available for communication which I was grateful for. At the end of my trip, TSA issues and some unexpected health challenges necessitated switching airports. It was not necessarily easy to figure out, but Marcello ended up working with me, which I was very grateful for.
I paid $1000 for two weeks and the car size was just what we needed, but it was very noisy, and the air quality didn’t feel good to me. It feels like the filters need to be changed. And it felt like the car could use a service. I didn’t feel like it was a great value, but maybe that was because the demand was high for my dates? I am grateful that everything worked out in the end.
