The car is ok, one windsheild wiper didnt work anymore, host didnt help with fix. The car needs a little maintnance but pretty ok.

Honestly it wasn’t a good experience. They respond quickly within the app but don’t give you any resolutions at all, just will chat with you and tell you they’re connecting with the team. When we got the car, the tire pressure was low. We ended up putting air in the tire. CarPlay does NOT work on this car, we reached out and told them, we’re new to the area and got pulled over for holding our phone up while driving but literally we don’t know how to get around. Asked them to swap the car out, at 10AM they responded the next day at 3:50 after I texted them numerous times for an update to reach out to Turo. We’ve asked them if they could Instacart us a phone holder nothing, it’s annoying because a little feature like that makes a big difference in traveling. If any major issues abrupt I wouldn’t trust getting another car with this company because of how drastically they bombed something as simple as getting us a phone holder, reimbursing for it or even offering a discount. I’ve never written a bad Turo review before but literally it was so inconvenient
