Original car had timing belt snap. Renter swapped with second car that had transmission issues and was 5 years older.

Convenience: Bad.. Picked up the car at MCO but it required taking a shuttle from the airport to the parking lot to find it. Since I'm not used to the airport I had to ask multiple times for directions. Also, this car wasn't my original reservation. It was given to me as an alternative after I was told my original reservation wasn't available all of a sudden. Which was 3-4 hours prior to my pick up time.
Car Condition: Bad. The car would make a very noticeable knocking sound you could feel and hear whenever I sped up from a stopped position or turned a tight corner.
