The car had a small amount of damage inside but the biggest problem with the car itself is that it had bald tires, that were also at low pressure. The light turned on to indicate low tire pressure, so I took it to discount tire to get them filled. The guy almost didn’t service me until I told him that it was a rental. He was nice and did fill it for me because I was not going to buy new tires for the vehicle. So bald tires that were low is not good.
The other thing that made this ride bad was the host. We had set up during our rental process that we wanted the vehicle at the airport for pickup. They didn’t put it there and buy the time I noticed it was to late to try to make a change. Also during our the end of our trip I noticed that the drop off location was also not at the airport like we had set up during our initial rental set up. When I asked to have the location changed so we would t need to rely on a lift or uber but the app was going to charge us which would is unfortunate. How ever throughout the entire weeek we were renting the vehicle they messaged me telling me that if I paid them more money I would be able to change location and have other amenities that are not part of the app and would likely be paid through Venmo. The harassment wasn’t great and made me feel like they decided to leave the vehicle at a different pick up and drop location with the intent of trying to get extra money on the side and not through the Turo app.
TLDR car was in unsafe conditions. Hosts harassed me for money the entire week.

Thank you for your feedback. We take tire safety seriously and do not agree that the vehicle had bald tires. The main issue was the request for free MCO delivery, which we could not provide due to airport parking and transportation costs. Turo is peer-to-peer, not a traditional rental company with a permanent airport lot. We clearly explained the options, remained professional, and did our best to accommodate the trip despite very delayed responses from the guest.
Car is really good, comfortable, ac works great, easy to drive. It was clean and had no smell. I had a problem with the gas sensor (we filled the tank but it was showing as we didn’t for a while, it took a while for the sensor of the gas tank to work). The drop off at the airport economy parking lot was okay.
Would rent the car again!
