Host needs communication training - cars need inspection (major mechanical issues, ants in car, etc.). Car swerving to the right, suspension system off - car tilting. Major system warning, tyre pressure warning, airbag not available, cruise control not working, suspension system extremely unsafe. Issue has been downplayed by host - responded saying to check the tyre pressure.

My Flight Was Delayed I Was Worried I Wouldn’t Be Able to Get My Rental By The Time Set . Lie The Co Host Was Responsive

this was the worst car / experience we've ever had with Turo. We got into MCO around 8:45pm & had to go pick up the car, once we got there the car seat we rented was the wrong one for our 15 month old even though age was specified. They gave us a FRONT FACING car seat and would not respond about getting another one until 11:45pm. They switched the car seat the next day which was the slimmest piece of plastic and didn't even secure in the car correctly. We had to go buy our own to use and feel safe. The tire sensor said there
was low tire pressure and the car was saying front detection sensor was malfunctioning. Cruise control would not work, passenger air bag said it was off the whole time no matter who was sitting in there. The car wobbles on the freeway if you go more than 75mph.
Honestly the only good thing we enjoyed about this car was that they had the E-pass, but come to find out you can buy it at Walgreens for $5-15 depending on the level you want! PLEASE DONT RENT THIS CAR unless youre okay with having these issues. To me the whole situation just seemed unsafe especially while traveling with children.
