Everything was great for car. We had to pick up vehicle from airport and there was a $14 fee. We were not advised of this. We also were charged for miles over what we actually drove as well as for gas we didn’t owe. We had to dispute this twice to get it corrected.

Ashley, we’re sorry you were disappointed. The fuel due was only $4.36; the additional $10 was a convenience fee charged by the platform, not by us. We removed the fuel charge as a courtesy. The car includes 200 miles/day, and excess mileage is calculated automatically by the platform. The $14 is airport parking, not our fee. We’re glad you enjoyed our new Mitsubishi. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
