The pickup location was easy. A little confusing at first but overall easy. The host was excellent!! Constant contact, very responsive and informative. The car was clean, no weird scents. It would, however, benefit from a tune up.

The car is fine but at times it turned off going backwards and at times the car worked perfectly the usb doesn’t work and Aux either we couldn’t listen to music on the trip but then the car works well

The car was cute and clean. It had a few scratches on it to begin with that were documented. We were traveling with 4 people so it was a little hard fitting all our luggage in the back (nothing against the car, just a heads up if you are traveling with more than 3 bags.) Traffic was heavy at times due to the event we were attending, the AC did struggle to keep up while the car was idling (which is normal) at a stop light, but once we got going it was cool again. The host was east to get a hold of and responded quickly to our questions or comments. It was a very fun car to zip around in traffic. I enjoyed it.
