The car was great. It was basically brand new. Unfortunately the host was not as stellar. Not only was the pickup location, which was technically at the airport, but was at the basically non-used terminal C, it also cost an extra $87 to pick it up here for some reason. After having to wait for nearly a half an hour for the shuttle that would take us to terminal C, we then had to wait another 20 minutes after our scheduled pickup time for the driver to arrive with the car. When he did arrive, he was very nice, but didn’t really acknowledge his tardiness other than saying he had mistaken our arrival time for our departure time. He then didn’t offer any sort of refund. Overall, I would not rent from this outfit again even though the vehicle was beautiful.

James your review is absolutely misleading to say the least. You did not acknowledge Time of arrival until the day of your arrival which put us in a situation to accommodate your arrival at the exact time. We have expressed our apologies for the drivers 15min late but your agenda is def to leave bad reviews but please enjoy your day and we hope no one else has to deal with you on this app. Very very arrogant person!
Amazing vehicle. I hit so many compliments driving it. Super clean. The host was top notch. Everything was smooth and seamless. Great communication. Will absolutely be booking again. 10/10
