The car is clean but old condition. The host is not really helpful and always dump the question to Turo customer service. Not recommended.

We follow Turo's policies, which is why some questions had to be addressed through Turo Support. It is clear that Hsiao didn't read listing, instructions, policies or signed agreement as the vehicle is a 2020, which is accurately stated. The additional driver was not added despite instructions provided, and the vehicle was also not returned to the designated location, again because she didn't read. We encourage Hsiao to read before signing and we pray for her and her family. God bless.
