If I could give zero stars to this owner I most definitely would
Apparently a retaliatory review for a non-refundable trip. In the future don't opt for a non-refundable trip if you intend of getting a refund. This guest was thoughful enough to clean the vehicle that they smoked in.
To all others who may see this, please see past this review and view those of other guests in any of my vehicles. Historically, my service far exceeds Margaret's poor review.

The car was tidy, but a smoker had clearly been in that car in the recent past. Additionally, the tank was not completely full. Not worth asking for a refund, but not how we wanted to start our trip.
Khalia, I'm sorry I fell short of expectations. I do apologize as it was a quick turn around from the previous guest. No excuses though, I assure you this has been addressed.
