Communication was easy and time of reply was more than reasonable before and after the trip. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend them and their vehicle. Gas wasn’t too expensive and the mileage was decent. Thanks again!

I went to Orlando with my family for a wedding. Car is really nice. There’s only 4 pictures so I only went with this vehicle based on the information for my big family. The trunk space is small so if you’re traveling with a lot of people, might want another car for the suitcases. I’m not as high tech with the newer cars so trying to get to the gps with the Apple car play was an absolute nightmare especially while driving so I suggest you play with the settings first before you drive off. The gas tank wasn’t full when it was given to me but that didn’t really bother me too much. It was a bit difficult to get out the airport to locate the car but once you got out, it was kind of easy to find. Communication could’ve been better. Overall, great car but kept having to fill the gas tank. I mean gas is $17 a gallon nowadays so filling it was a bit high and still couldn’t get a full tank. I believe that more pictures, instructions on use, and better communication would have made my rating higher. I did enjoy it and could be a possibility of renting again in the future!
