Great communication! Osvaldo was very sorry that the previous renter had broken one of the passenger seatbelts. Car drives well and I was still able to use it with my family. They just had to use the other seats in the car, including where I installed my car seats for my kids. Osvaldo wasn't able to get the seatbelt repaired in time before I needed the car.
Thank you for your review and for your understanding. I made every possible effort to have the seatbelt repaired, but since it happened over the weekend, the Mazda dealer service department was closed and we couldn’t get an appointment in time. Safety is a priority, and the repair was scheduled for the first available slot. I truly appreciate your patience.

The car and host were both fantastic ! Osvaldo answered any questions I had within 2 minutes ! The car is absolutely spotless and really nice to drive. Drop off/pick up were smooth. I’d rent this vehicle again in a heartbeat . Thank you!
