I had an excellent experience with this host! The pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, and Roberta was extremely responsive to all my questions and requests throughout the trip.
What really stood out was how understanding and accommodating Roberta was when I needed to make changes to my reservation. The process was completely hassle-free, and they made everything easy for me.
As for the car, this was my first time driving a hybrid, and I absolutely loved it. The vehicle was beautiful, smooth, and still had that new-car smell. It was spotless inside and out, and clearly very well maintained.
I would definitely rent this car again if I vacation in Florida in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a great host.
