My Mazda CX-5 was brand new and absolutely immaculate! And the red seats were simply an added touch! I needed a newer vehicle to use because my personal car gave out on me permanently. Vauns was a new renter on Turo and did not disappoint at all.
Vauns went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle directly to my home since I didn’t have transportation to pick it up. I explained that I would likely need the car for about a month while I worked on purchasing my own vehicle, and Vauns was very understanding, friendly, and accommodating throughout the process.
I treated the vehicle as if it were my own and even ended up purchasing a Mazda myself just two days before returning the rental.
Overall, this was a great experience renting from Vauns. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and excellent customer service to rent this Mazda from Vauns.
