We had a perfect experience booking this car, smooth hassle free pickup and drop-off. Our family has booked from Luis quite a few times and it's always a perfect experience. We paid extra to get the car delivered and everything went well, the drop off associate was very professional. Luis has excellent communication which made our booking go well, clear detailed instructions for sure.
The car drove perfectly, smooth engine power. The car is so quiet and maintained quite well, handles very well. Clean interior/exterior which has been consistent with all the cars we've booked from Luis. Nice sound system with up to date controls, good Trunk space for luggage, groceries etc. Good space for families for sure, great on gas also. Nice cold A/C, drop off location was very nice and safe. Luis is a honest professional host with a nice inventory of cars, definitely will book again when needed.

I rented a Mazda CX-5. It turned out to be a brand new car, very clean and easy to drive.
