If you want to pick it up at the airport please select the airport location and the car will be parked and ready for you when you arrive. 🛂 TOLLS: Car is equipped with SunPass transponder. Do not worry about spending time stopping to pay for the tolls. All tolls used during your trip will be charged to you directly through Turo app after your trip. 🚘 DELIVERY: We use a contactless delivery method. Car will be parked and the keys will be inside a lockbox at the window. You will receive a message with all the instructions before your pickup time. 🚙 RETURNING: Returning the car will be contactless the same way as the pickup. You may park the car at the location place and place the keys inside the lockbox (all instructions will be provided through message). If not returned to the designated area guest may be charged an additional fee. 🅿️ AIRPORT PARKING: Airport delivery is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are arriving at the Orlando Airport (cheaper and more convenient than an Uber/Lyft to our location.) Guests are only responsible to pay parking fee when picking up the car. ($3-$19) ⛽ FUEL: You will receive the car with a full tank. You may return the car with a full tank or choose the PREPAID REFUEL and do not worry about it. 🧽 CLEANING: The car will always be delivered to you cleaned and disinfected. Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement after the end of the trip.
