Vehicle was perfectly fine no complaints on vehicle, I will say how disappointed I am with the owner, as expressed to the owner there was a delay in my flight, as this is not my first time renting from Turo, I do understand communication and how things can go with late night pick ups, I stood outside alone at 1 in the morning until 2 in the morning constantly blowing owner up texting and calling from two different devices ,after no response I had to pay for an uber not once but twice one was to leave the car and one to return once owner woke up. A request for a refund or credit for Uber were sent to owners without a response. I recommend a lockbox if you can’t communicate at different hours and recommend being more alert as to anything could’ve happened with the amount of phone calls and text, ignoring as a host is not acceptable. And if they would have had an option to pickup at airport, would’ve been more convenient for everyone.
