As explained in my pickup instructions, guests should call me upon arrival. I cannot monitor app notifications 24/7, and they are not always loud enough to alert me immediately. Once I saw your request, I responded within about 2–3 minutes, and remote unlocking can take up to a minute. Please call when you arrive and allow a few minutes for the process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
