This being my first time to use Turo, I was a little annoyed at all the hoops to jump through, but I understand why.
My vehicle was extremely clean and smelled good. Pick up and drop off was timely.
I had an issue with the side mirrors, which needed to be adjusted after every time that I stopped and turned off the car. The driver seat would sometimes automatically retract, and sometimes not.
I found that the transmission was a little bit rough, sometimes being “bumpy“, for lack of a better word. 97k miles
I spoke directly to the owner. We’ll see if these things change.

Overall, I had a really good experience with this rental. The AC was out, but I was aware of that, after being informed so there were no surprises. The owners were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions. The car got me where I needed to go without any issues, and the communication throughout the trip was great. I appreciate their honesty and hospitality and would definitely rent from them again.”
