Jim was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The car was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to drive. There was a noise while driving, especially on uneven or winding roads, which was a little concerning at first, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I appreciated Jim’s helpfulness and professionalism. Thank you for a great rental experience!
