All was great. One complaint though. The parking charge we had to pay in South lot economy was $14 (for 24 hours), but should have been $5 (up to 3 hours). I am expecting a $9 reimbursement. Our pickup was at 8:00am on a Monday morning. I think it would be feasible to park the rental within that 3 hour window to save a customer $9 in parking fees. We probably won’t be using Turo again. This will amount to a $28 unexpected charge if we are charged $14 again for returning the car. We have no idea when they will pick up the car.
