Car was fine , location good.
Host brought all that crashing down when they failed to respond to my request to address the return of an important item left in the car. After texting them twice within minutes of returning vehicle, 37 minutes later I’m getting a message about nearing the end of my grace period. Still waiting on a reply about item left in the vehicle. It’s Monday morning more than 12 hours later.

Pickup and drop off was smooth, clear instructions were provided. The smelt good and clean, it ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend renting with this family owned business!!
