I had an unexpected rough ending to my trip and these guys went above and beyond to accommodate. Very understanding hosts to say the least. Vehicle was clean and the price was actually reasonable.
First time utilizing Turo but I would recommend them 1000x over!

I wasn't aware that I'd be paying for parking when I picked up the car

It’s unusual that this came as a surprise. In the welcome messages sent when you rent the car, it is clearly stated that there is a $14 parking fee to be paid at the time of pickup.
