I recently rented a vehicle through Turo, and while the car itself was fine, the overall experience left me unsure about using the service again. The pickup location didn’t feel ideal, and the process required an overwhelming number of photos before and after the rental. I understand the need for documentation, but it felt more like doing an inspection for someone else’s car rather than enjoying a simple rental experience.
The concept of Turo is great, but in my case, the convenience and ease just weren’t there. At this point, I’m not convinced the benefits outweigh the extra steps and inconvenience.
