I rented this vehicle for one day, and unfortunately the experience was not positive. The host set the mileage limit at only 200 miles, which is the minimum allowed by Turo, and then stated that this was a requirement of Turo’s system. This is not accurate, as Turo allows hosts to set higher limits or even offer unlimited mileage. Because of this, the mileage setup created automatic overage charges even with normal use of the car.
Communication was also difficult. The host did not return calls, did not offer any customer service, and was not willing to provide flexibility or consideration, even when I expressed interest in extending the rental for additional days or potentially long‑term. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful.

I returned the vehicle on time and in good condition, but based on this experience, I would not rent from this host again.
