The service, communication, easy pick up was great! The car didn’t have a scent like most cars I’ve rented from. Everything went smooth. Would definitely rent again!

The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. I was just very dissatisfied with the heavy smoke smell. This Kia soul car should no longer be a “smoke-free” rental. I even bought spray but made me nauseous.
