This was the first time I used TURO, and was not sure of the process. The TURO app had given me two different pickup addresses, for some odd reason. Once I got to the location it took a few minutes to figure out where to pick up the car, due to Turo’s signs being somewhat smaller than anticipated. The drop off / return of the vehicle was very easy.
The owner of the vehicle was very quick to respond to all messages, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience stress free.
The car overall was a joy to drive. It was very clean, and comfortable.
I would rent from this owner again!

This car made our family trip so much more enjoyable! It was in excellent condition, very clean, and drove perfectly throughout the entire trip. The host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and always answered our questions quickly and clearly.
We also had to reach out a couple of times because of some personal circumstances, and the host was very understanding, kind, and accommodating. That level of customer service really stood out.
A well-deserved 5-star rating. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free Turo experience!

Initial pick up was a technical communication on the host or Toro and but regardless the car drives smooth very nice. Very spacious fit up to eight kids on a waterpark trip. Customer service replied quick once I told them I needed my rental pushback a couple hours later because of a flight delay and they worked with me and responded pretty quick
