Host was great, great communication. 3 stars was for the Kia Sorrento which needs to be retired. I am sure host has other great cars, just not this one.
Thanks for your feedback, Evan. This is a 2019 vehicle — well-maintained and in good mechanical condition, but not brand new. Minor noises or wear are normal for its age and don’t affect reliability or safety. The car is regularly serviced and does not need to be retired. If you prefer a like-new experience, we do offer newer vehicles in our fleet and recommend booking those options.
