This was my first time using Turo, and this was the easiest last minute rental process. Taylor was my host, and the absolute best with communication and making sure that everything went smoothly. I will definitely use Beat the Queue again!

We had to exchange vehicles because the first car had a check engine light. The second one we received needed service done almost 2000 miles prior. The second also required us to clean the vehicle, especially the windows, because it was difficult to see out of the windows. During the exchange process the owner argued with us saying the vehicle was ok with the check engine light and we had to wait 45 minutes on the owner during the exchange process because he was not on time. A very disappointing experience with the owner. The second vehicle also smelled of marijuana.
