the car was good, but the interior smelled like smoke from previous renters sadly :/ but overall the car drove great and was clean!
just want to clarify something regarding the situation.
After you mentioned the issue, I explained that the previous reservation ended very close to your pickup time. Because of that, I didn’t really have enough time to fully address any potential smell issue before your trip started.
At that point, there were only two options: either you would keep the reservation as it was, or I would need more time to try to remove the odor — which is not always something that can be done immediately.
