Voiture en parfaite condition et excellente communication avec l'hôte.

The host didn’t give directions to the vehicle in a timely manner which meant we had an anxious landing experience and there was a crack in the windscreen that we were only told about when it was too late for us to do anything about it. I also had to pay $5 for exiting the car park which whilst it’s okay to a degree, wasn’t communicated beforehand.

Thank you for your feedback.
The windshield had a small crack, less than a quarter size, which had been professionally filled and was safe to drive. I was already waiting for the replacement windshield, which was installed immediately after your trip.
I also accommodated your request for an earlier pickup due to your early arrival and reimbursed you for the $5 parking fee. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Cracks on windshield drivers side and the car was very small and tight.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry you were not completely satisfied.
You asked me about the 2 small cracks and i informed you that they were filled at the dealership and repaired.
The jeep is a 2 door and clearly shows that in the photos
I had a great experience with service and the vehicle, thank you
