Disappointed with this reservation. Upon pickup we saw the spare tire on back of the vehicle was completely torn and inoperable. We were planning on using the vehicle for a road trip. We felt very uncomfortable using this vehicle with no spare tire. The host did try to resolve but unfortunately canceling the reservation was the only option. The gas tank was also only half full. Lost $100 and 2 hours of my “vacation time” dealing with this.
Vehicle description is not accurate, and in my opinion, this spare tire issue should be clearly communicated. Pictures show no issue with spare and it is not annotated in description of vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your experience did not meet expectations. I was not informed that the vehicle would be used for an out-of-state road trip. I did offer an alternative vehicle, but the spare tire for the reserved vehicle had recently been damaged by a previous renter and was unavailable. Rather than cancel your reservation and disrupt your plans, I chose to honor the booking. I appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve the experience for future guests
Host was really good. We did have an issue with the tire but cars are cars. The host did support me as much and got things handled!!!
