Bad car and wouldn’t take accountability
This guest rented our Rubicon and called us about the steering have slight play in it. We tried to explain the difference in Single axle vehicles and independent suspension. But it didn’t catch. As by all the previous reviews , there are no issues with the vehicle. This guest is just inexperienced with off road type vehicles.

I highly recommend renting a Jeep from Michael. The pickup and drop-off service is convenient, and the location is close to the airport. The vehicles are always clean, in great condition, and I love the tinted windows that provide shade on the bright sunny days in Florida. The host is friendly and knowledgeable, and the Jeep itself was a head-turner. It has a lot of power and a great sound system!
