Michael was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. Our flight schedule changed, and we ended up arriving nearly two hours earlier than expected. Michael made sure our vehicle was ready and waiting for us, which made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.
He was also very detailed and clear with the pickup and return instructions, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would absolutely rent from Michael again in the future. Highly recommended!
