Pickup I was a little confused but believe that was more my error. Host was very receptive initially however after we picked up the jeep and got on the highway it started to shake badly. Pulled off as we thought we had a flat, checked and no flat but a couple of the tires were dangerously bald, no tread. Tried to call host no answer so sent messages advising what was happening. Continued and it happened 2 more times so pulled off the highway and contacted Turo as hadn’t heard back from host. Turo were going to send a tow truck but host finally got back to us and said we could leave the vehicle and he would pickup.
Took about an hour from pulling off highway to leaving in another rental from enterprise down the road. Turo gave us a full refund.
Jeep was nice and clean and would have been a lot of fun. Tires should be in better condition when you are renting out your ride.
