Vehicle was in poor condition. Check engine light was on from the beginning and gas cover had to be pried open with a key to be able to get fuel. Host was not clear on pick up location and I specifically chose this rental for pickup location at airport. Not to be shuttled off site. Then get to off site pick up location only to be unsure of where to get the vehicle since I couldn’t get a hold of host. Wandered around a random lot until I found the vehicle. The listing didn’t have the plate number on it but it was the only jeep on the lot that matched the description and the rental company was no help. Then for return he said to take back to same location. I said that was not happening since it was not a lit location and I was traveling alone and was not comfortable doing that and wanted an alternate location and he said there were no alternates so I reached out to Turo support and they verified j could return at any of the airport supported locations. I told host that and he said I could use the premium parking and pay for it so I attempted but they were full so I opted for the economy and got a ticket and left a $20 to cover it even thou I was not required by Turo rules. I would not recommend booking with this host unless you can be completely clear on instructions prior to booking
