This was a 1-day rental. This vehicle has severe mechanical issues, bald tires, and electrical tape on the dashboard to hide the engine light. Having notified her of the issues because of a baby on board, Host declined to swap vehicles despite having another one available the entire day. She wanted to take advantage of the holiday weekend rather than address the safety concerns. Being a holiday weekend, and because the issues cannot be identified until you check-in and drive the vehicle, I was stuck with the vehicle. Upon returning it within the 30 minutes provided by Turo policy, she had the audacity to charge an extra half day.. This host is deceptive, and unprofessional. She demands a 5 star rating in exchange for a discount so I would be suspicious of any 5 star ratings she has. This car and this behavior does not belong on this platform.

Vehicle was alright! A/C did not work especially in this Florida Heat! doors do not lock from inside. I was just given a single key and had to manually lock every door when i got back to my hotel But Host was great with communication reasoning for 5 stars!

The location was a bit tricky to take pics at as the street was busy but it wasn’t an issue. A little jerky in the ride but the host provided great communication.
