Shu was an amazing host and more than accommodating throughout the entire trip. Communication was excellent from start to finish — he checked in when our flight arrived to make sure we got the car okay, followed up midway through the trip to see how everything was going, and even checked to make sure drop-off went smoothly. The car itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I would absolutely rent through Shu again and highly recommend him to others!
