Seems like communication was limited in terms of being kindly about where to pick up the vehicle and then where to drop off. Not sure why all that wouldn’t be disclosed immediately. I had to wait about 45 minutes for a bus to pick us up at the airport to take us to the lot where the car was stored. Then, when I inquired with Turo about where to return the car because I did not have those instructions, gave me a different location than what the owner gave. I followed the intersection, of course, but no reason that wasn’t disclosed day one you would’ve made things sense The vehicle is a good vehicle.
Thank you for renting. I had a chance to review the circumstances of this reservation and I’d like to clarify a few things.
There was no delay in picking up the vehicle due to timing of the instructions. They received multiple messages before and during the reservation clearly stating pick up and drop off instructions along with location details. Lot is a Turo approved mco delivery lot and policy does require that the car be returned per host instructions. Turo can do better clarifying.

Airport direction for the shuttle was a but confusing but the rest all went smooth.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
